Guest post: Free tote bag sewing pattern & tutorial – グラニーバッグ

Today, I am guest blogging at the blog, Japanese Sewing Books. Please check out my article on a free tote bag sewing pattern and tutorial. I have translated a Japanese sewing pattern for a cute tote bag called, a “granny” bag in Japan. It’s a very easy pattern and the tutorial has lots of pictures to ensure nothing goes wrong. I was looking for nice bag /design for mothers day gift when I saw this beautiful bag, the Granny bag from Japan . I was born in Okinawa Japan, also crazy about craft I can spend all day doing my thing lol.
Been here since 85, I forgot how cute, beautiful and practical they can be.

A little late to the party but THANK YOU so much for this tutorial. I am still very green but found this really easy to follow. I gifted this to a friend as (super-cute) little market bag. She actually loved it so much it’s become her everyday bag! Thanks again 🙂
